EXTENSION AGREEMENT ~ ~ ~
THIS AGREEMENT, made tha 7'' ~G ~ ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST: LUCIS COUNTY, a or a San ng Corporation,
party of tha first part, and LEWIS~& LSWIS LTD., a Florida Limited

WITNESSBTH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the, second part executed
a certain promissory note dated January 23, 1980 , whereby
they p~comisad to pay to the 3UN K F T. LUCIE COUNTY, party

hundred-dollars ($17,500.00)

Interest at 148 per annum .
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure-the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:
Lots 14 and 17, SILVER OAR ESTATES, a subdivision according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 8, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Mortgage recorded .January 23, 1980 in O.R. Book 324 pages 1168,
1169, 1170 Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
