Tt being expressly understood and agreed that the=said Mortgage shall remain
in full force and effect in. all respect and that nothing herein shall effect
or impair any rights and powers which tl,~ said party of the first part may
have thereunder for the recovery of Ills s.iid Mortgage Debt with interest in
the .case of non-fulfillTnent of this agreement.
AND the parties of the second part hereby covenant that they will pay the -
payments as herein provided and the interest thereof at the time specifieds
that they will perform and observe all. the covenants, agreements, stipulations
and conditions on the part of the mortgagor in said nartgage contained in all _
respects.
