THIS AGREEMENT, made the N~ D ~ .

A~Frorida Banking Corporation,
party of the first part, attd St. Lucie County welf~e
Association. Inc.
' A Florida Corporation, party of the second part;
WITNESSETN, WHEREAS, the said party of the second part executed a certain
promissory note dated June 26, 1974 ,whereby they promised
to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. I.UCIB COUNTY . party of the first part, on
order the sum of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand and NO/100 ----dollars ,
the $rat payment coming due ` nn t~~na
Interest at 8tii per annum
WHEREAS . the parties of the second part executed to fire party of the first ' .
part. to secure the above mentioned note. a mortgage on the following
described premises. to-wit: -
As described in mortgage deed recorded in O. R. Book 229, pages 33,
34. 35. 36 on June 26. 1974 in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Also, Modification Agreement dated July 6,-1976 recorded in O. R.
Book 254, pages 2282 and 2283 in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, .Florida. -
AND WHEREAS. the said .party of the first part is now the holder of said note
attd mortgage attd the said parties of the second part are ttow the owners of

~ NOW THEREFORE. the said parties hereto. for themselves and their assigns,
hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid balance
~ of S 457 , 231.59 due on said note be, and the same is hereby
extended to be paid itt the following manner: payable S8, 059.10 per consecutive
month beginning 5c~f o ~ 1980; apply payment first to interest, balance to
principal, with like amount monthly payments to continue until paid in full.
interest rate is 8~a per annum. Maturity date is AuG. ~~l 1986.
It being expressly understood and agreed that the said~Mortgage shall remain
itt full force attd effect itt all respects and that nothing herein shall effect or -
impair arty rights and powers which the said party of the Hrst part may have
therewtder for the recovery of the said Mortgage Debt with interest hi the
case of ttott-fulfillment of this agreement.
