STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT-AND QISMISSAL
The plaintiff, JOSEPH E. CATENACI, by and through his undersigned
attorney, in consideration of the sum of $100.00 and other good and
valuable consideration and in further consideration of the defendants
dismissing the counter-claim which has been filed herein, stipulates
and agrees to the. dismissal of the complaint in-this-cause, with
prejudice.
The defendants, ROBERT ROXBURY, a/k/a BOB ROXBURY, TED A. KIRK,
~f and LARENCE MARTIN, a/k/a LARRY MARTIN, all individually and

and in consideration of the plaintiff dismissing his complaint with
prejudice, stipulate and agree to the dismissal with prejudice of
the counter-claim which has been filed erein_on their behalf.-
