This case has been reversed and remanded by the 4th District
Court of Appeal finding that the Court erred in making a conditional
t
award of lump sum alimony of the marital home conditioned upon receipt -
i
of certain sums of money from the sale of a 3ointly owned business. ~ -
This Court conferred with the trial 3udge in the matter who
stated that he found that the. sale of the 3ointly owned business
j rendered a substantial sum to the husband as contained in the order
t and that in that event,-the marital home should be awarded to the wife.
Upon this finding of fact, the Court awards the marital home to F
the wife. ~ ~ ~
