The cause came on for hearing on an order-from the 4th District
Court of Appeal granting attorney's fees filed by Richard W-. Groner,
Esquire.
The Court conferred with the trial fudge in the case below
who stated that it was his intention in the awarding of attorney's
fee at the trial level,.that~those fees were to cover all subsequent
~ matters up to taking the appeal.
THEREFORE, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Appellee -
