FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DIS30LUTION OF MARRIAGE -

- THIS CAUSE came on to be heard the 9~ day of July, 1980, and
both parties having appeared with counsel and the Court having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and. determines: This ~
Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter°+Qf this suit;
. that the relations of-Husband and Wife now exists betweenthe parties;-
the equities are with the Husband and against the Wife, and the Husband
- is entitled to dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISS_ON OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Husband,
ROBERTO VILLARREAL, and the Wife, BETTY yII,IARRFeT., be and the same
-is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each-of them are
- -
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PRO_. That the 1979 Chevrolet Monza-titled in the
~ -
-names of-both parties, is hereby declared to be the sole property
of the Wife, and that the 1976 Ford truck titled in the names of
both parties, is declared to -be the sole property of the Husband,
~ and-the Wife shall execute the proper documents granting all of
her interest in and to the 1976,Ford truck, to the Husband, and
the Husband shall execute the proper documents granting all of -

his interest in and to the 19?9 Chevrolet Monza, to the Wife.
That each party shall execute said documents
granting title to the other within ten-(10) days, and if not, this
Final Judgment shall act as a conveyance transferring exclusive
title to each party, respectively, and each party shall hold the
other harmless for payment of~their respective vehicles.
