AND ATTORNEY'AD LTTEM
THIS MATTER having come on before me upon the petition of
the Wife, BARBARA OLSEN NUNZIATA, for the appointment of an
attorney and guardian ad litem for the Husband who is in
prison in Beacon, New York, and it appearing to the Court
that such motion is dell-taken, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED~as follows:
1. That FRANK J. LYNCH .
an attorney learned.in.the law be and he is hereby appointed -

as guardian and attorney ad litem for the Husband, WILLIAM
ANTHONY NUNZIATA, who is in prison.
2. That said attorney, a member of the Bar of this Court,
be and he is hereby appointed as attorney and guardian ad litem
~ to represent the above-named Husband and to protect his interests
j in this suit.
