. THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the ioint motion of the parties
to this cause for a further amendment to the Final Judgment entered herein ,
supported by an Agreement wherein and whereby custody of the two minor
children be changed from the Wife, LINDA S. I~~REDITH, to the Husband,
MELVIN S. MEREDITH, and the Court having considered the -same and being
_ -
fully advised; it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment entered in this cause,
~ as amended by the First Amendment; be and the same is hereby further amended
to provide:
1. Custody of the two minor children be and the same is hereby changed
from the Wife to the Husband.
- 2. The terms and conditions of the Agreement attached to the Motion
• For Second Amendment be and the same are hereby made a part of this Second
Amended Final Judgment.
