LUCIE COUNTY - STATE OF FLORIDA CIVIL DIVISION CASE N0. 80-225-FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF WILLIAM EDWARD EASTMAN, - Husband, and GLORIA JEAN EASTMAN, Wife - / FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 9th day of July, 1980 and the Court having-given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage, between the parties is irretrieveably broken and should - be dissolved. It is thereupon I - j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ' 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE- The marriage between WILLIAM EDWARD EASTMAN, Husband and GLORIA JEAN EASTMAN, Wife, be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising .therefrom. 2. CHILD CUSTODY - The Court awards custody of the minor children to-wit: WENDY JEAN EASTMAN and TAMMY LYNNE EASTMAN - to the Wife. 3. _ CHILD SUPPORT - The Husband--shall pay as child support the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS ($130.00) per month for each of the minor children. Said child support shall be paid through the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St, Lucie County togethe GUY R.
