FINAL JUDGMENT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE _ THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the 7th day of July, 198Q, and both parties being present with counsel, the Court having heard testimony and arguments of counsel, and the parties having. ~ • entered into a Stipulation and Agreement, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subiect matter of this • i suit; that the relationship of Husband and Wife now exists between - the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and f - should be dissolved, it is, thereupon, - s ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - 1. The Marriage between DALTON H. ATHEY, II-and CATHERINE D. ATHEY be, and the same is, hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. The Stipulation and Agreement between the parties as to - ~ property settlement was admitted into evidence and is incorporated - by reference herein and the parties are ordered to comply with the 4 i provisions of the Agreement.
