b. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife as lump sum
alimony the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00), payable as
follows:
i. The Husband shall pay the Wife's attorney the -
sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($1,500.00) by July 31, 1980;
ii. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of ONE
HUNDRED FIFTY-DOLLARS ($150.00) per month commencing on July 15,.
1980, and continuing on the 15th day-of each and every month there-
after for a total of thirty-six (36) months. Each payment shall
be paid to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to
the Wife. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of TWO
DOLLARS ($2.00) as statutory costs to be added to each payment to
the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect;
iii During the thirty-six (36) month period mentioned
above, in the event that the Husband receives any profits from two
(2) homes already constructed in partnership with one Laura Hancock,
that any profit so derived by the Husband shall be divided one- -
i half (1/2) each between the Husband and the Wife, said payments-to

the Wife to apply against the Husband's lump sum alimony to the Wife;
iv. At the end of thirty-si.x (36) months, any balance.
i remaining unpaid shall be due and payable in full. It is the - -

intention of the parties that the Wife receive not less than ONE
HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) per month for the thirty-six (36)-
month period and it is further the intention of the parties that-the -
Wife receive from the-Husband, from all sources, an amount not in
excess of the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00).
~ c. The Wife shall make available to the Husband at her
residence in Vermont certain items of personal property presently in
her possession which shall be the sole property of the Husband, to-
g wit: Guns and related accessories; camera equipment and films and
~ related accessories. s
