of the estate of Carl Joseph Rittichier,•deceased, party of the first part,
and CARL D. RITTICHIER and HENRY E. RITTICHIER, party of the second part,.

Ohio 44646.
W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part, pursuant to the order of the Circuit
Court for St. Lucie County, Florida; dated July 22 1980 grants, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys. and confirms to the par~y of-the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as:
Lot 36, Block 432 of Port St. Lucie Section 3, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and ~
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to-the party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things.prelim-
inary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders of the
