File No. P-79-40 styled."In the Matter of the Estate of Raymond
Haywood Fields" Petitioner has received Letters of Administration,
- and accompanying this Petition for Ancillary Administration, are
certified copies of said Letters,~Petition for Probate, Last Will
and Testament of decedent, and Decree of Settlement and Final Account
and Distribution and Determination of Heirship in the Domiciliary
Proceedings.
9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is
unaware of any other unrevoked~Wills or Codicils of decedent.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that he be appointed as Personal
Representative of the Bstate of decedent, or alternately that ~ -
N. RICHARD SCHOPP, ESQUIRE, be. appointed as Personal Representative~~
of the Estate of decedent, as set forth in this Petition, that the
Last Will and Testament of decedent be admitted of record, and for

such further relief as this Court may deem ju$t.
