I, Raymond Haywood Fields,-also known as Raymond H. Fields
and Raymond Fields, a resident of Logan County, Oklahoma, do hereby
make,.declare and publish this, My Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and canceling all other or former wills by me at any time
made. -
First .
I hereby direct that all~~my dust debts, including the expenses
of my last illness and funeral and the expenses of the administratio
of my estate, be made by my Executor as soon as practical after my
death. I also direct my Executor to pay all .estate taxes, income
taxes, transfer charges, and related expenses.
Second.
I hereby give and bequeath_all of my household goods, furniture
and furnishings and personal effects located in the home I occupy at
the time of my death, to the following parties, in the following ~
~ proportions, to-wit: ~
~ To Virgil Augustus Fields, my brother, one-fourth (4th) thereof;
F To Rita Rogers, sister of my wife, Mildred Florence Fields,
! one-fourth (4th) thereof;
To Ora Goble, sister of my wife, Mildred Florence Fields, one-
. fourth (4th) thereof;
To Grace Baileys sister of my wife, Mildred Florence Fields,
one-fourth (4th)- thereof,
and if any of said four parties, Virgil Augustus Fields, Rita_
Rogers, Ora Goble, and Grace Bailey, should not survive me, then
and in that event, the share that would have gone to such deceased
party shall go to the heirs at law of such deceased party.
In the event that there is any disagreement as to the division
of said propexty the judgment of my Executor shall be final. .
