Gas and Electric Company Hoed -as provided in paragraph four
and the sum or sums my Executor may set aside for finding a home
or homes and for proper continuing care of my dog or dogs as pro-
~iided in paragraph six, to the Oklahoma Newspe~ier Foundation to be
held in trust under the terms and conditions hereafter designated.
Third.
I direct that I be buried in the Fields Cemetery Lot-in Summit
View Cemetery near Guthrie, Oklahoma, to the left of my wife, Mil-
dred Florence Fields.
Fourth. -
In order to insure perpetual care for the grave of our daughter,
Patricia Ann Fields,-and the grave of my wife, Mildred Florence
Fields,-and for my grave, I give unto the First National Bank of
Guthrie, Oklahoma, its successor or successors, as Trustee, the -
Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company Bond in the face amour
of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), which bond is to be held by
said bank and the annual interest collected thereon and the proceeds
of said bond when it matures invested as provided by the laws of the
State of Oklahoma and the laws of the United States affecting
If I do not have such bond, then the sum of $5,000 n cash.
