I direct slY Executor to find a suitable home or homes for such dog or dogs as I own at the time of my death and that he be sure that such dog or dogs will be well cared for. I further direct that my Executor set aside such sums from my estate as he may deem necessary to provide for finding a suitable home or homes and to provide for the continuing care of such dog or dogs as I may own at the time of i4Y death., Seventh. I hereby crest a trust to be known as "The Raymond H. and j i Mildred F. Fields. Memorial Trust" with the Oklahoma Newspaper Four= dation Trustees, as Trustees of this trust. Fields Memorial Trust" shall always be a separate trust. . I direct, however, that my Trustee shall have the authority' to sell, trade, or otherwise dispense with any of the assets in said trust but that all proceeds .of every kind derived therefrom shall be placed in and made a part of the principal of said trust and may not be spent or distributed as such.
