HomeMy WebLinkAbout2067 y 80 3~'7 shall always be a separate trust. • That the deceased further directed in said Last Mill and Tost- ament, and it is therefore ordered, that said Trustee shall have the author- . ity to sell, trade, or other+ise dispense with any of the assets in said ~ trust but that all proceeds of every kind derived therefrom shall be placed in and made a part of the principal of said trust and may not be spent or distributed as such. t That the deceased further directs in said Last Will and Test- ament, and it is therefore ordered that the principal assets of the trust be • - held intact and may never be spent or disposed of by the Trustee, and that i preference be given 3n the disposition of the incase from such trust for the assistance of deserving persons, regardless of race, creed, or color, in obtaining an education in the newspaper or camm~mications media. Said , deceased further pravdded in said Last-Mill and Testament, and it is there- fore ordered that the income may be permitted to accrue in full or in~part 4 . fmm year to year if in the best and sole judgment of the Trustees it cannot - be properly distributed in the form of loans or gifts or a combination of the same to deserving persons for the proposes set out above. Said deceased ~ further provided in said"Last Mill and Testament and it is therefore ordered, that if in the best and sole judgment of the Trustees all or part of the. _ ~I ~ income cannot be appropriately used for such loans, gifts, or a combination j thereof, in anygiven year or years then the Trustees shall have the sole ~ authority to dispense said income in such manner as determined by the k i Trustees.
