. It is specifically ordered and decreed that all of the said
real and per=sonal property described in this decree is hereby decreed~to the
Oklahoinat Newspaper Fanadation, Trustee for "The ttayasond H. and Mildred F.
Fields Memorial Trust".~ Mith the full power .to sell and conv~ertthe real or
personal property or any part thereof, into cash for the pux'poses of the said
trust: That the only restriction in this decree is that the Execartor shall
not distribute a1T of the funds to said trust, but shall hold. =8,846.92
in this estate until the pending Motions concerning the gravesite trust
and attorney's fee are determined by the Court.- That this restriction
shall not in any Nay alter or prevent any sale oea any propeYy.
The Court further finds, adjudges and decrees that the said
Raymond Haywood Fields Nas also lQao~wia as Raymond H. Fields and that such
are one and the same person.
That upon making such distribution, the adminstration of said
estate be deemed closed, and said Ben H. Blackstock, as such Executor, shall

be discharged and released from further liability. after Oklahoma and i~ederal
Estate Tax Releases are obtained and filed in this proceeding.
