CEIESTIA J. MORAN an unremarried widow and surviving -
tenant by the entireties with WILLIAM H. MORAN to whom
she was continously married from February 11, 1977 until the
date of his death, May 29 ~ 1979 ,the Grantors, in consideration
of the sum of X10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, received
from Herman G. Miller and Norma S. Miller, his wife ,the Grantee(s)
of 114 Linden Ave., Matyo, Maryland 21106 ,hereby on this
11 day of July 19 80 conveys to the Grantee the
interests and estates in real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as:
- Unit Week 11 in Condominium C-1, consisting of Apartment
numbered C-1, and-its undivided share of the common elements
" of Turtle Reef Condominium I, as such is described in the
° Amended Master Form Deed as recorded in~Official Records -
~ Book 256, Page 235. "
