The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this larranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condvwiniuw
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
- to be bound by all of.aaid provisions= the Grantee acknowledges and agrsea that all -
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and aquitable~ the Grantee hereby iwpresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condoainiuw and its exhibitst and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condoainiuw and its exhibits and
-tbe purchase agreesent executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties
representations and inducesents concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
. and real property described above.
