The undersigned Co~Petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interset in the above estate as sole
lineal heirs (surviving spouse and son), to-wit: MAUDIE LEE McCARTHON,
a/k/a MAUDIE LEE BUTTS and JOE JAMES McCARTHON, respectively. 'Their
names and addresses are as set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and
address of their. attorney is set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, JAMES` JQ~CIt W". t~tcCARTYON,~ whose last known. address
was 916 N. 13th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida , died on August
27 , 1979, at Vero Baacti, Indian River Co.,Florid~,and at the time of
his death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, are:

One-fialf undivided interest in the following described property:
Lot 16, Block 2, NOBLE`S AND NOTTINGHAM'S SUBDIVISION
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, Page 41,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.,
of the value of $1,000.00.
6. The estate is not indebted and there are no creditors.
' 7. It is proposed that all assets of decedent, being the
real property described in paragraph 5, be distributed to MAUDIE LEE
