8. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Co-Petitioners
are unaware of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of decedent.
9. That, pursuant to F.S. 732.102, your Petitioner, t~IAUDIE
.LEE McCARTHON, a/k/a MAUDIE LEE BUTTS, is the surviving spouse of JAMES
JACK W, MoCA~tONidecedent~ that JOE .JAMES McCARTHON is the sale surviv-
ing lineal descendant of decedent and the lineal descendant of the
surviving spouse. That the intestate estate of decedent is valued
at 51,000.00, and the first $20,000.00 of the intestate estate passes
pursuant to the above Statute, to the surviving spouse.
WHEREFORE, Co-Petitioners request that an~order of summary
administration be entered directing distribution of the assets of the
estate to surviving spouse, MAUDiE LEE McCARTHON, a/k/a MAUDIE LEE
BUTTS,
