4. That none of the foregoing are minors or incompetents or
under legal guardianship, and are sui juris.
5. That there are no other persons known to have claims or
interest in the estate, after diligent search and inquiry, to deter-
mine same. ;
6. That determination of heirs is necessary to perfect mar-
ketable title to comply with sale of real property.

• WHEREFORE, Co-Petitioners ask this Court, after notice and
hearing, to enter an order determining beneficiaries of the decedent
and indicating the shares or amount each is entitled to receive.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, we declare that we have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best. of our know-
ledge and belief.
