Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
MARY LOUISE LINDSEY
well known to coe, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, did
depose and_say as follows:
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described -
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
.The South 55 feet of Lots 7, 8 and 9 of Block 2,
of FRANI~IN PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 6, at page 32, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Your Affiant is the mother of William (Billy) Cooper,
Timmy Cooper, Cindy Cooper, Ruth Ann Cooper and Carol Cooper,
which are the five (5) children mentioned in Final Judgment as
recorded in O.R. Book 67, at page 333 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. William (Billy) Cooper is now over 21 years old, married
to Carmen Cooper and resides with his wife in Nashville, Tennessee.
4. Timmy Cooper, a/k/a Timothy Cooper is over 21 years old,
married to Ramona Cooper and resides with his wife in Nashville, Tennessee.
5. CindyCooper, now known as~Cindy Story, is over 21 years
old and is married to Woodrow Story and resides with her husband in
T iptonville, Tennessee.

6. Ruth Ann Cooper, now known as Ruth Ann Hand, is over 21
years old, is married to Mark~Hand and resides with her husband
in West Palm Beach, Florida.

7. Carol Cooper, now known as Carol Skinner, is 20 years old,
is married to Dwain Skinner, and resides with her husband in
Fort Pierce, Florida.
