Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
PRESTON SAUNDERS
well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, did
depose and say as follows: .
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described
property, lying and being situate in St.-.Lucie County, Florida:
The South 55 feet of Lots 7,8 and 9 of Block 2 of
FRANKLIN PARR SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 6, at Page 32, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Your Affiant has known Gerald D. Cooper for over 15 years
and he knows of his own knowledge that Gerald D. Cooper was a single
man on April 12, 1971, which was the date of Quit Claim Deed as
recorded in O.R. Book 191 at page 1962 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Your Affiant knows of his own knowledge that Gerald D. Cooper
did not reside on the above property on April 12, 1971 and it was not
his homestead.
