Before oie the undersigned authority personally appeared

well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, did
depose and say as follows:
1. This Affidavit•relates to the following described
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: -
The South 55 feet of Lots 7,8 and 9, of Block 2 of
FRANKLIN PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file
- in Plat Book 6, at page 32, of the public records of
- St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Your Affiant is a personal friend of Ramona Cooper having
known her for onore then ten years. She attended the wedding of
Ramona Cooper and Timothy Cooper in 1973 and has been a personal
friend of the family for many years. Your Affiant has lived all
these years in the same neighborhood.
3. Your Affiant knows of her own knowledge that Ramona Cooper
was married to Timothy Cooper prior to July•11, 1978 and that the
above described property was not her homestead on July 11, 1978. In
fact, Ramona Cooper resided with her husband at 403 Angle Road, Fort
Pierce, Florida, which is not the above described property.
