A FINAL JUDGMENT aERlc ~ t~ta RfCOR6 YEIIiIIEO..___g?C~.~.,._~ i _ { DISSOLUTIOI~OF MARRIAGE t~944~a~ THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the-evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and the subs ect matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage ~ is irretrievably broken. and should be dissolved; and~that the-parties • have reached a property settlement agreement setting forth all terms of this dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJDUGED as follows: - - II ~ 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between ALLARDYCE ARMSTRONG j HAMILL, Wife, and_LESLIE MERRITT HAMILL, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever I - freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. - 2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The parties have signed a Property Settlement Agreement setting forth all terms of this dissolu- tion of marriage and said agreement has been filed herein and the terms - thereof shall be and they are hereby adopted by reference and the ~ parties and each of them shall comply and abide with said Agreement. ~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this ~ day.of July, 1980.
