GADS, Wife. ) This cause came on for trial the 28th day of July, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds. and determines: Zhis Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties~is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon _ OItDE[tID AMID ADJUDGED as follows 1. DISSOIITPION ~ MARRIAGE: Zhe marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between then and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. (~JS'InDY: Custody of VALERIE A. GADS, age 14, born December 19, 1965, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARILYN J. LADE with reasonable j rights of visitation reserved to Petitioner. 3. SUPPORT Ai~ID ALIl~NY: Commeancing the. day of , 1980, CORDON F. GADE shall pay to MARILYN J. GADE the sum of $573.66 per month for the support of the child tired above.. When the minor child reaches the age of 18 years or becomes otherwise emancipated, this payment shall be reduced to $200.00 per month as alimony for the Respondent until she r~anarries. 4. PROPERTY: Zhe Stipulation admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with 'ions thereof. ~ ~ PY'~ 5. JURISDICTION.: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
