FINAL JUDGMENT~OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for hearing this date, and_the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter _ of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exist between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HERMAN W. YANGOREN and DONNA J. YANGOREN be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations E I arising therefrom. ii ~ 2. PROPERTY. The separation and property settlement agreement i - - admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 3. CHILD CUSTODY. Pursuant to the separation-and- property. settlement_agreement, the wife, DONNA J. YA_NGOREN, is awarded the care, custody and constrol of the minor children of the parties, HERMAN EDWARD YANGOREN, age 3 years, and KEVIN JAMES YANGOREN, age ~ - 19 months. -The husband shall have reasonable visitation rights N with the children of the parties. 4. CHILD SUPPORT. Pursuant to the terms of the separation € and property settlement agreement, the husband is hereby ordered to pay child support in the amount of $25.00 per week per child for _ the support of the minor children of the parties.
