IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between f BRENDA WILDES and BRIICB WAYNB WILDES, be and the same is i hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby - - - forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. - 2. PROPERTY. There is no property of the parties re- - quiring order of this court. 3. RESTORATION OF~NAME. BRENDA WILDES be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of BRENDA STAN- FIELD and to use the name in all respects as if this said marriage had not intervened. 4. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS. The Husband, BRUCE WAYNB WILDES, shall pay Petitioner's attorneys fees in the amount of $300.00 plus costs incurred by Petitioner in bringing this a ~ action.
