having heard the petition of Mary Ann Skaggs to show cause of -
contempt for failure to make payments as ordered on final judgement.
The court having heard the testimony oP - the parties, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
The court finds that the husband is not in willful
contempt due to poor health. Tt is further - -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
- That Melvin Skaggs owes the .former wife,--Mary Ann Skaggs,
-the sum of $5065.05 for past child support, tuition and costs and
medical and dental expenses for which a seperate judgement shall be -
entered.
