DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this day of July, 1980,
the Court having-given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines:.This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved: It is, thereupon, _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIP~GE. The marriage between MARTIN
DOUGLAS WEBB and FAYE MARLENE WEBB be, and the same is hereby,~dissolved,
and the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them,~and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY.' Custody of TODD MICHAEL WEBB, son,-aged 7,

~ minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to FAYE MARLENE WEBB,~with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to MARTIN DOUGLAS WEBB.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing tha ~ day of ,
1980, MARTIN DOUGLAS WEBB shall pay to FAYE MARLENE WEBB, he sum of
$30.00 each and every weel: for the support of the minor child named
above.
. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to FAYE MARLENE WEBB. In addition, there is here-
~ by assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay-

ment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order
.

E or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this Order is in effect.
