FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 28th day of July, 1980 and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines; This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject-matter of this suit, that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; .and tht the marriage between the parties
is irrestrievably broken and should .be dissolved.- It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GLENALEE
ANN KRETSCHMER ROSSI and MARIO ANTONIO ROSSI be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby freed forever
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the' obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of MARIO ADRIAN ROSSI and ANDRINA ROSSI,
~ minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to GLENALEE ANN _
KRETSCHMER ROSSI with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
MARIO ANTONIO ROSSI.
3. SUPPORT. .Commencing the ~ da~yy of
MARIO ANTONIO ROSSI shall pay to GLE KRETS
1980 the sum of $350.00 each and every month-, for the support of
the minor children named ~ above .
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted. promptly to GLENALEE ANN KRETSCHMER ROSSI. In addition

~ there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be -

added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
t in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
oredered to keep the clerk of this court advised of their mailing
