5. PAULINE f1RIFFITHS~, whose address is 5 Guava Lane, Port St.
Lucie, Florida, and who is qualified under the laws of the State of
Florida~to serve as personal representative of the decedent's estate
is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative
because of being so designated in the Last Will 8nd Testament of the
decedent. •
- 6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate
are stock, savings accounts and insurance policies of approximately
$25,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8. -
8. The or:~ginal of the decedent's last will, dated March 29,~
`1977, .accompanies this petition. -
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to
probate and that PAULINE GRIFFITHS be appointed personal representative
of the Florida estate of the decedent.

and belief.
