t' - I; GEORGE R. GRIFFTTHS, residing in Port St. Lucie,
St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound-and disposing mind
and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will~and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and -
Codicils by me heretofore made.
I. -
-I hereby direct-that my life insurance policies with
the U. S. Steel Corporation and the Colonial Life Insurance
Company shall be paid to my Executrix hereafter named for the pur-
pose of paying funeral and administrative expenses of my estate.
II. -
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my son, GEORGE
R. GRIFFITHS, JR., the following: Fifty-Six (56) shares of U.S.
Common Capital Stock, Stock Certificate No. 73-NIP-1014; Twenty-
eight (28) shares of U. S. Common Capital Stock, Stock Certificate

~ _ No. 76-J062692; Prudential Insurance Company Policy No. 3371257,
in the amount of $1,000.00, plus dividends. - -

III.
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my Wife, PAULINE
GRIFFITHS, any interest that I may have in any real estate, all
my furniture,-any vehicles, and including the Series H Bond.
IV.
The balance of my estate is in Trust Funds for-the
benefit of my two daughters, RUTH BOUDREAU AND JEAN CUTTING, and
my son, GEORGE R. GRIFFITHS, JR., which trust funds shall be
