WHEREAS, GEORGE R. GRIFFITHS, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, died on July 8, 1980, owning assets in the State of Florida,
and
WHE~tEAS, PAULINE GRIFFITHS has been appointed personal
representative of the estate of the decedent and has performed all _
acts prerequis-i't:e to issuance of letters of administration in the
estate,

the assets of the estate will permit and the law directs; and to
