The Petitioner, EDWARD T. McNEILL, alleges: - ~ a
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as hav-•
ing been named as Personal Representative under the Last Will and Testa-
ment of decedent; and that Petitioner's address is: 7131 Okeechobee
Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the name and address of -
Petitioner's attorney is as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, JUDITH LINDA McNEILL, whose last known address
was 3908 Clematis Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and, whose age was 28
and whose social security number is 266-02-2400, died on May 21, 1980,
at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and at the time. of-death de- ~
cedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
- 3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
~j this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages

of-any who are minors, are:

tative of decedent's estate, is entitled to preference in appointment

representative under the Last Will and Testament and that the alternate
personal representative so names has executed~a Renunciation of its
