5A. That paragraph 3 of decedent's Will devising entire estate

to. Edward T. McNeill is ineffectibe since the parties were divorced at
tis~e o! decedent's death and; accordingly, decedent's estate passes to
contingent beneficiaries, MICHAEL SHANE McNEILL and DINA MARLIES MCNEILL.
6. That the nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are $ 45,000.00. -
7. That Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Cod-
icil of decedent other than as set forth in paragarph~8 hereof.
8. The original of Decedent's Last Wi11 and Testament,
-dated January 11, 1974, is in the possession of the Court named above.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that EDWARD T. McNEILL.be appointed personal
representative of the Florida estate of decedent.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY-, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and that the facts alleges are true, to the best of my know-
ledge and belief. ~ ~ -
