i, JUDITH LINDA McNEILL, a resident of Fort Pierce, St.
Lucie County, Florida, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby
make and publish this Will and revoke all prior Wills.
I
I desire and direct that my body be buried in a 6hristianlike
manner, suitable to my circumstances in life.
II
I direct that all my debts which I am legally obligated
to pay at the time of my death, my last illness and funeral expenses,
and costs-of administration of my estate shall be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.
I hI
I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real, personal
or mixed, of whatever kind and wheresoever the same may be situated,
to my husband,~EDWARD THOMAS McNEILL. If my said husband should

predecease me then, in that event, I give and devise all of my real
property to MICHAEL .SHANE McNEILL and DIVA MARLIES McNEILL, share

and share alike.
IV -
If my husband and I should die under such circumstances,
as to render it doubtful whether my husband or I died first, it
shall be presumed conclusively for the purposes of making distribution
under this Will and the. property owned in the estate by the entireties
that my husband survived me.
