If my husband shall predecease me or shall die with me
as a result of a common accident or disaster and if any of my
'children are minors at the time of my death, then and in that event
I nominate and appoint WADE J. SANDERS as guardian of the person of
each of my minor children, and I direct that no bond be required.
VI
I appoint my husband Executor of my Will and I direct that
- my husband shall not be required to give any bond. If my said
Executor shall predecease me, or for any reason fail .to qualify as
Executor of my estate, or having qualified be unable to serve, then
-and in that event, I nominate, constitute and appoint the First
National Bank of Fort Pierce, as Executor, succeeding to like duties
and powers as above conferred, and I direct that it shall hot be
required to give any bond or other security for faithful performance
of its duties.
