• I, CORNELIUS F. FRARO, of St. Lucie County, Florida, _ ;
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
V

and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and
Codicils~heretofore.made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my
residuary estate all of my just debts, including the expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I specifically bequeath the proceeds of
any policies of life insurance on my life that may be payable
to. my estate to my Executor to be used far the payment of
administration expenses. Any balance remaining after the
_ payment of said expenses shall pass into my residuary estate
'i and be disposed of pursuant to CLAUSE III.
GLAUSS III: I give, devise and bequeath all of the.
~ -
rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and personal,
~ wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the
execution of this Will, to my wife, JANE FRARO, as her own
absolutely, provided she survives me.
CLAUSE IV: If my wife, JANE FRARO, does not survive
me, all of said rest, residue and remainder of my property,
I give, devise and bequeath equally to my son, DANIEL C.
~ ~ FRARO, presently residing at 17 Hitchinpost Road, Chelmsford,

Massachusetts, and to"my daughter, ANNA M. LUCIA, presently
I
residing at 18 Westerly Terrace, East Hartford, Connecticut.
If either of~my said children shall fail to survive
me, and shall leave a descendant or descendants living at my
