death, such descendants shall represent their ancestor and-
take said ancestor's share, per stirpes.

CLAUSE Vs I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, JANE
FRARO, as Executrix of this Will, to serve without bond, and
in the event my said wife shall die, resign, be disqualified
or unable for any reason to act as such, then I name and ap-
point my son, DANIEL C. FRARO, as Executor, to .serve without '
bond. - -
I invest my Executrix or Executor, as the case may be,
with full power and authority to sell, convey, transfer and -
.assign any and all personal property and any and all real es-
tate necessary or proper to be sold, conveyed or assigned for .
the purpose of carrying out this Will:
CLAUSE VI: In the event my wife, JANE FRARO, and I
die under such circumstances that it cannot be determined
which of us predeceased the other, I direct that it shall be -
conclusively presumed that I predeceased my said wife.
