5. MARY JOAN van der LUC;T, whose address is~ set forth
above is qualified under the laws- of the State .of Florida to
serve as personal representative of the decedents estate is
entitled to preference in appointment as personal representa-
tive because she is the named personal representative under
CLAUSE VI of decedent's Last Wili.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
.this estate are cash accounts, securities and mortgage having
a value of over $100,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any-unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of decedent's last will dated April 25,
_1975, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner acknowledges that she is qualified to act
as personal representative .under the laws of the state of.
.Florida; that she will faithfully administer the estate of said
decedent according to law, and that she hereby designates
i CHESTER 8. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
whose residence address is: 151 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce,
- Florida 33450, as her agent or attorney for service of process

in any suit or action against her in her representative capacity,

or personally if such personal action accrued in the administra-

. Petitioner requests. that the decedent's will be admitted
~ to probate and that MARY JOAN van der LUGT be appointed personal
- -representative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
