OF
JULIA R. van der LUGT
I, JULIA R. van der LUGT, of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
. CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my
residuary estate all of my just debts, including the expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses .
CLAUSE II: My E~oecutor is directed to. pay out of my ~ '
residuary estate all inheritance, legacy or estate taxes on
my estate or on any portion thereof, or levied by reason of ~
my death, whether or not the property, transfer or proceeds
- with respect to which said taxes are levied is a part of my
estate at my death, and my Executor shall not require any
transferee or other person to reimburse my estate for said
taxes so paid, nor deduct the same from the- share of any bene-
ficiary hereunder. -
CLAUSE III: I direct that any debts, including any
mortgages or mortgage notes, awed to me at the time of my -
death by my~children or their spouses-shall be forgiven, and
I direct that .they be cancelled and that my Executor execute
.and deliver any and all instruments required for the satisfac-

tion and release of any such debts. -
CLAUSE IV: I give and devise to my daughter, MARY
JOAN van der LUGT,-that certain citrus grove containing approxi-
i mately fifteen acres, more or less, and legally described as

and The North 3/4 of the NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of the
