Purchase agreement
I the undersigned Gunnar Brickner, a Swedish citizen, accept -
to sell and I the undersigned Tryggve Urdahl, a Swedish
citizen, accept to buy the following property:
Lot 17, Block 375. section 13, being 10,000 square feet of
land, situated in Port St. Lucie, Florida, U.S.A.
The purchase amount, Fourthousand US Dollars (4,000.00) is-
to be paid in the following way:
1. US$ 2,000.00 cash downpayment at the signing of this agre-
ement,
2.-US$ 2,000.00 within 14 days from the date of this agreement.
