PARTIAL RELEASE OF I~pRTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY~THESB.PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, BELLA VISTA, INC., a Florida corporation, Mortgagor, by Indenture
of Mortgage bearing date the 13th of May, 1980 and recorded is the office of
the Clerk of the~Circuit Court in and for the County of ST. LUCIE, State of
Florida, in Official REcords Book 331, page 1204, mortgaged unto
WINIPRED LEWIS DAVIS, ANN W. LEWIS and MARY E. LEWIS DEGENHARDT, Mortgagees,
the presmises therein particularly described to secure the payment of the sum of
FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($426,000.00) with interest as
therein mentioned: Ten percent (10X) per annum on the unpaid balance until
maturity; and
WHEREAS, the said BELLA VISTA, INC., a Florida corporation, has requested the
said WINTERED LEWIS DAVIS, ANN W. LEWIS and MARY E. LEWIS DEGENHARDT to
release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged
premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said WINTERED LEWIS DAVIS, ANN W. LEWIS,
and MARY E. LEWIS DEGENHARDT,as well in consideration of the premises as of
the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), to it paid by the said BELLA VISTA, INC. at
the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and

operation of siad mortgage unto the said WINIFRED LEWIS DAVIS, ANN W. LEWIS

~ and MARY E. LEWIS DEGENHARDT,.heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel
or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
to wit: '
That portion of the North 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2.of Government
~ Lot 4, Section 2, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
lying West of the Westerly Right-of-Way line of State Road AlA.
THIS IS A CORRECTIVE INSTRUMENT TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
IN THE .MORTGAGE REFERENCED ABOVE. THIS INSTRUMENT IS BEING RECORDED SIMUL-
TANEOUSLY WITH A CORRECTIVE MORTGAGE BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
