- Wife.
The Husband and the Wife agree, by execution of this Joint Stipu-
lation, to resolve all pending disagreements between them as follows:
1. The Wife agrees to accept the terms of the Husband's Offer of
Judgment as filed in this cause by which the Husband shall pay to the Wife $100.00
per month in child support arrearages commencing August 1, 1980, above and beyond
the previously ordered child support payments of $30.00 per week. One $30.00 child
support payment is hereby acknowledged as received by the Wife at the time of the
execution of this Joint Stipulation and shall be so credited by the Clerk of this
Court, together with $13.00 reimbursement to the Wife for costs also paid to the
Wife this date which shall then reduce the-total child support arrearages referenced

above to $1,500.00. All payments of child support and arrearages shall continue
through the Clerk of this Court as previously ordered.
In the event that the Wife is able to obtain a loan.committment
for borrowing the above-referenced $1,500.00 through a local lending institution,
the Husband shall do his best-to a$it the Wife in securing said loan providing the
Husband's obligation is strictly limited to the $100.00 payments as referenced above
being made directly to the lender up to the total of the iten outstanding balance
of the $1,500.00 arrearages. l
2. The parents agree that for the present time a more formal
visitation agreement is in the best interests of the parents and in the best interest
~ of the child,. Henry. The Father's current 30-day summer visitation period shall
begin Saturday, July 26, 1980, at a time to be agreed upon between the parents.
The Father shall further have weekend visitations of three weekends per month which
