INTERCONTINENTAL SANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT OORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, pages 2081 - i
through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for
good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which fs hereby
acknowledged, hereby on this day of J~]y , 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County described
as follows: -
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No.ipo
and an undivided 1/47th share in those comoown elements _
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro- -
visions of that Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR
VILLAS QONDOi~tINIUM D,-as recorded inOfficial Record Book -
332, page 1436, and amendment thereto, recorded in Official
Record Book 332, page 1501, all in St.-Lucie County, Florida,
public records. -
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit No. 1~_
