ACKNgiLSDGN~ AND RATIFICATION SY GRANTBB
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that '
this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condoainium described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The-Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that ail of said previsions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and reai property described above, as security for his obligations as described i>~ said
Declaration of Condominiva and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condo>tiniu>e and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreesieut executed
by the Grantoi and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and induceaeats ,
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described abovs. ~
